In Stock and Made to Order

The item selected will tell you whether the item is ready to be shipped or will be made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for made to order items.

UK Delivery

We offer delivery across the UK, including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Delivery times apply only to in-stock products.

For orders containing both in-stock and Made to Order items, your full order will be dispatched together once all items are ready.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Tax

Alexandra Simpson Jewellery is not currently VAT registered, therefore prices do not include VAT.

International Delivery

Local sales tax and customs fees may apply.

EU Orders:

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the EU at this time.

Packaging Information

Your order will arrive in an unbranded, padded envelope or mailing box.

Jewellery will be securely packaged in a branded Alexandra Simpson Jewellery box.
Gift vouchers will be sent in a rigid envelope to prevent damage.

You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
