Returns Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase for all stock pieces in their original condition.

We are unable to refund any bespoke items, rings that have been resized or any personalised pieces.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges, instead we kindly request that you return your unwanted item to us for a full refund within the 30 days period, and place a new order for the alternative item.

We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.
