Repairs and Reconditioning

Like all well-loved and frequently worn treasures, your jewellery may eventually need a little care. At Alexandra Simpson Jewellery, we are proud to offer a full repair and reconditioning service at our London workshop, carried out by a team of highly skilled craftswomen.

If you have any damage to your items, we are able to offer a repair, restoration or replacement. Please do get in touch and send your item us, we are only able to offer advice and a quote once we have assessed the item.

Broken chains, clasps and replacement of lost earrings are all common services - do get in touch with your query and we can provide a quote.

Re-plating of gold plated items will be dependent on the gemstones within the piece, again, do please get in touch for advice and a quote.

For any 18ct gold or bespoke Alexandra Simpson pieces, we recommend regular professional maintenance. Our team can clean, polish, and inspect your jewellery for issues like loose settings or accidentally damaged gemstones.
